Refund policy
At Kapox, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality skincare products with utmost care. However, if you face any issues, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Can my order be exchanged or returned?
Only wrong, defective, or physically damaged items are eligible for return or exchange.

To process your request, please share:
- A complete unboxing video, and
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or mismatch.
These proofs are mandatory for verification. Without them, or if the issue is not reported within 24 hours, we will be unable to accept the complaint as our claim window with the shipping partner expires.
Once verified, your product will be eligible for exchange within 5 working days. All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all safety and promotional materials. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you.
Please note:
Products that are opened, used, tested, or tampered with are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
After receiving the returned product, our team will perform a quality check. If approved, an exchange or replacement will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
2. Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit my skin?
Skincare results can vary from person to person. Since every skin type reacts differently and compatibility cannot be guaranteed, we do not accept returns for products that “do not suit your skin” or do not meet personal expectations.

3. What if I receive an open or tampered package?
If your package appears opened, unsealed, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
Once an opened shipment is accepted, Kapox will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, or defective items.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. After the QC approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
