Welcome to www.kapox.in (“Website”). Kapox Enterprise (“Kapox”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the owner of the brand Kapox and the Website www.kapox.in. Kapox Enterprise is a company incorporated under the applicable laws of India with its registered office at Fourth Floor, Shop No. 430, Amby Valley Arcade, Opp. Sentosa Heights, nr. VIP Circle To Utran Road, Uttran, Surat, Gujarat – 394105, India.

Your use of the Website is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together “Policies”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website through a computer or mobile device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Policies, whether or not you have read them.

If you are not agreeable with these Terms of Use and Policies, Kapox requests you to discontinue using the Website.

Kapox reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use and Policies at any time, without prior written notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Website after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Persons under 18 may use the Website only under parental/legal guardian supervision.
  • If you are accessing on behalf of another, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Coupon Code Terms & Conditions

  • Sale coupons will be (Upto 15% Off & Not Applicable on Oils Category).
  • PAYDAY15 – 15% off up to ₹100.
  • GET15 – 15% off up to ₹100.
  • Coupons will not be applicable on:
  • Orders with free products.
  • Orders with 6 or more variants.
  • Certain products: Mustard Oil, Sesame Oil, Amla Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe Vera Juice, Virgin Coconut Oil, and respective combos.
  • Special sale days (Payday, Mid-month, Free Ghee, Free Honey, Free Kesar events).
  • Cart fillers / non-discountable products.
  • SAVE5 – 5% off up to ₹100 (order < ₹699).
  • SAVE8 – for orders > ₹699.
  • SAVE10 – for orders > ₹1500.
  • APP10 – only via Kapox App on orders ≥ ₹699.
  • Maximum discount across coupons: ₹300.
  • Prepaid Order Discount: Up to ₹60 on prepaid orders (effective 23-06-25).
  • Coupons cannot be clubbed with other promotions, BOGO events, or free shipping codes.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

  • You may place orders as a guest or by registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Any misuse of your account will be your responsibility.
  • Kapox reserves the right to suspend/terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All product listings are invitations to offer. Your order constitutes an offer.
  • Kapox reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to unavailability, pricing error, or other reasons.
  • In case of cancellation by Kapox, full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via Razorpay, Cashify, Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets.
  • Kapox will not store sensitive payment details like CVV.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders below ₹699 attract a shipping fee of ₹199.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared.
  • Delays due to external factors (courier issues, strikes, natural calamities) are not Kapox’s liability.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (via Website account, WhatsApp BOT, or customer care).
  • Post-dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original source of payment.
  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available separately on the Website.

8. Product Information

  • Kapox attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing products.
  • However, natural variations in color, taste, or texture may occur due to seasonal sourcing.
  • Images shown on the Website are indicative; actual product may vary.
  • Customers must read ingredients carefully; Kapox is not liable for allergic reactions.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The “Kapox” name, logo, product names, Website design, and content are trademarks of Kapox Enterprise.
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
  • You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to interfere with Website functioning (hacking, viruses, etc.).
  • Resell Kapox products for commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • The Website and products are provided on an “as is” basis.
  • Kapox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Kapox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the price of the product ordered.

12. Termination

Kapox may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Misuse of services
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
