Shipping policy

At Kapox Enterprise, we are committed to ensuring that your products reach you in the best condition, securely packaged and on time. We have partnered with reputed logistics providers to deliver our products safely across India.

We use only high-quality packaging materials, sourced from reliable vendors, and conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure that products are delivered without damage.

Note: ₹199 will be charged as a shipping fee for all orders below ₹699.


How does the delivery process work?

  • Once your order is processed, the products go through a final inspection and quality check.
  • After approval, they are securely packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.
  • The logistics partner will deliver the products to your provided shipping address.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful at the first attempt, the partner will contact you to reschedule.

Please note: All products (including any free gifts or bundled offers) will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout, along with an invoice. While we aim to ship all items in your order together, in some cases shipments may be split.


How are the products packaged?

  • Each product is packaged in bubble wrap.
  • Fragile items (like glass bottles) receive extra protective wrapping.
  • Finally, products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes before being dispatched.

Kapox takes full responsibility for any damage caused to products while in transit.


Where do we ship?

Kapox ships to most pin codes across India.
You can check if your area is serviceable by entering your pin code on a product page or at checkout.
(Our serviceable pin codes may change depending on logistics partner updates.)


Can I track my order?

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and courier partner information.
  • Registered customers can also log in to My Account → Your Orders to track order status.
  • You can track your shipment online after it leaves our warehouse.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
  • Delivery time is usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Note: While we try our best to deliver as quickly as possible, Kapox is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or external disruptions.


Delivery timings

  • Our logistics partner will usually call you before delivery.
  • If you are unavailable, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Shipping charges

  • Prepaid Orders → Free Shipping
  • COD Orders → ₹199 Shipping Charge (per order)

Shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete the payment. Kapox does not apply any hidden charges beyond what is shown on your invoice.


Delivery Information

  • If no one is available at your address during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery twice.
  • You can also contact our customer service to reschedule delivery.
  • If all 3 attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
